Dover Hall never fails to astound me when we see pictures from our weddings there. The estate is just to die for, and there is always this sense of fairytale magic in the air that everyone can feel and Kelsie’s wedding last month was no different! We’ve already posted a few of her pictures on our instagram (I mean her hair was to die for so we couldn’t resist) but as I was scrolling through our feed and I came across her picture I realized we have yet to feature her on our blog so there is no time like the present and I couldn’t think of a better way to kick off the week than with making her the star of our Matrimonial Monday Post today!

Kelsie and her bridesmaids brought an air of relaxation to the estate as they got out of the limo and traveled up the spiral staircase to meet us for hair and makeup. Their fun attitude was something that definitely transferred  over to us as her bridesmaids danced around in their bride tribe flannels. However Kelsie was hidden away for most of the morning going over her vows and rewriting them until it was her turn to sit in the chair for hair and makeup!

Kelsie met her now husband Ben in high school, but oddly enough the two never dated. After college however the two crossed paths again and they tried to be friends until they realized that there was just a little something more between the two of them and eventually they began dating.

Kelsie was laughing about how much a blur and whirlwind things seemed to be since meeting Ben. She kept saying how excited she was to be marrying her best friend and for some reason she just couldn’t stop the butterflies from bouncing around in her stomach whenever she thought of their future together.

We are the Mitchells captured the day perfectly as the happiness that Ben and Kelsie bring to each other was shared with all of their family and friends.
