We adore Monte! Have you ever wondered how he got started and how he ended up on Say Yes To The Dress?

THE BEGINNING: Monte, who has a degree in fashion merchandising, started his career not only working in the bridal field, but also by being a personal shopper. He spent a lot of time working with designers and traveled around the United States and Europe selling wedding gowns.

He went on  to return to school in his thirties, where he got his start doing bridal hair. This led to him starting his own business, opening twelve salons and even helping plan weddings.

While working all three jobs, he met Lori (Allen) and the two became friends. When she called him to help her film the Say Yes To The Dress: Atlanta pilot, he happily agreed. Four years and seven seasons later, he is not only still on the show, but also in the spinoff (Say Yes To The Dress: Bridesmaids) and doing red carpet gigs!
