About Graham Haddock: Graham completed a 15 year career in the British Army Catering Corps. (so cool!) After serving in England, Northern Ireland, Norway, Germany and the United States, his final assignment was as Senior Technical Instructor on the culinary exchange program at Fort Lee, Virginia. Eventually, around 1994 he formed Richmond’s only Custom Cakery, Cakes by Graham.

The Cakes: Grahams cakery is widely recognized and is excellent at his craft resulting in numerous awards! He is genuinely passionate about what he does and is committed to delivering innovative high end cakes to his customers at fair prices.
