I love any excuse to be able to step into the Quirk Hotel! It doesn’t matter if it is for a meeting, a quick cup of coffee, or to just people watch, but my favorite excuse to go to Quirk is for a wedding! The clean and minimalistic decor that you see when you walk into the hotel is one that just envelopes you with calm feelings.  Now for me, the best thing is hands down the pink accents! I mean come on, this is the Glam Squad and you all know how I feel about pops of pink and there is tons of it all over the hotel, coffee shop, and restaurant!

 

When our bride Gail told us that she would be getting ready for her special day at Quirk. we couldn’t have been anymore excited!  Gail and her bridesmaids were awestruck as the glammies rolled their makeup kits into the lobby.  It was like we were there for a celebrity, and we were, our celebrity of the day was Gail!

We always talk about how we tend to have such large bridal parties, but we also have a few that are extremely intimate.  It was so nice to be able to see three friends who are so incredibly close and have been ever since they were roommates in college at Old Dominion University.  

 

Even though one of Gail’s bridesmaids has moved to New Jersey and another lives in Florida they are still as close as ever, and you could tell that distance had only made their love for each other stronger.

 

Gail met her now husband in middle school and then also went to the same college. Both ended up going their separate ways and initially married other people. After those marriages ended, fate stepped in and led the two to each other and well, the rest is definitely history! 

Getting ready for Gail’s special day reminded the three woman of when they would get ready to go out for the night during their college days. It was definitely a testament that distance doesn’t matter when a relationship is extremely strong. The three ladies also talked about how important it is to take your time to decide who you are going to spend the rest of your life with, there is no need to rush.

 

That advice is some that is definitely so important to follow.  Life moves quickly as it is, so there is no reason for you to rush into decisions that can impact the rest of your life.

With her loose curls and natural makeup, Gail looked absolutely stunning and was so excited to walk down the aisle towards her new future life! 

 

The wedding was very southern and the entire time they were getting ready country music was playing throughout the room.  With their Lily Pulitzer bags that were the bridesmaids gifts, monogrammed robes, and a killer pair of Kate Spade shoes, the ladies were ready to take on the day, and more importantly to dance the night away!
