Matrimonial Monday: Logan

Hey yall, Amanda here!  Taking over the blog today for some Matrimonial Monday love to tell you a little bit about Logan and her special day!!

Logan got married this past Saturday at The Dominion Club to her longtime sweetheart, Spencer.  They met as young kids because their moms were best friends!  It wasn’t until high school though when they really made things official.  Spencer asked Logan to prom and that night asked her to be his girlfriend, and that was the first time she said “I do” to him!

Saturdays wedding was 7 ½ years in the making, although they were only engaged for 10 months prior to the wedding.  Logan wasted no time and had almost all of her vendors booked about 3 months after they got engaged at Busch Gardens Christmastown.  When Logan was telling us the proposal story, everyone in the room was just so happy reliving it and you could just tell that it was going to be an amazing wedding!

I had the best time getting ready with the girls all in their cute little tanks with their monogram on it!  Of course, Logan got the white one but the girls all matched in their navy blue and silver.  It was the cutest!!  Logan was such a sweet bride that was always trying to make everyone happy on her own day. Whether the little kids wanted food, chick-fil-a sweet tea, or just making sure all the little details were in place for later on that night!

Logan did a first look with her bridesmaids and everyone cried seeing her walk in with her dress on and they cried even more when Logan showed the flower girl’s gift!  She gave her a little handkerchief framed that talked about her being the flower girl today throwing petals down the aisle, but soon enough it would be her something old as a bride carrying her own bouquet down the aisle!  Logan has been a nanny for the flower girls family since before she was born, so it was such a special moment!  And yall, I hardly even knew these people and I was crying!  It was so touching and I know that even though little Adley didn’t know why everyone in the room was bawling, it just meant so much to everyone else and it’ll be one of those stand out moments!

Logan is the first bride out of her 4 friends who are also engaged and plan to be married within the year or so.  We’re so excited to work with groups of brides / bridesmaids again and again and hopefully we get to see Logan again as a bridesmaid too!  Check out some amazing images of “The Logan” – we created her perfect wedding day style based off of three inspiration photos and I couldn’t be happier with how it all turned out!  Logan, thank you so much for letting me be a part of your special day!!!
