Matrimonial Monday: Sara

November 7, 2016

This past weekend wasn’t as crazy as our weekends usually are. I took this weekend off to help celebrate my favorite little man’s first birthday! So we got to spend some time with family and it was a weekend off for Amanda and I while Malory and some of the other glammies had to set off to work instead! But the celebrations don’t stop our weekly blog posts because I love keep you all updated  on everything that we do, and I especially like to keep you updated on our gorgeous brides!

And speaking of gorgeous brides, The Jefferson Hotel was the location for our lovely bride Sara a few weekends ago and I knew that it was going to an extra fun day when I saw all of the girls clad in their giant white fuzzy robes and sipping mimosas courtesy of room service! And I wasn’t wrong because the morning was filled with laughter and a lot of happy tears as Sara re told the story of how her and her fiance first met!

The two met online with the help of Sara’s sister, who also took on the role of maid of honor, and Sara said she couldn’t help but be attracted to his amazing grammar in the emails (and in this day in age lets be honest…who wouldn’t swoon over a man who spells out the word “you”). After emailing back and forth for a little while the two finally met in person and so begins their love story!

For her big day Sara had three dresses and only decided to go with her original first choice dress after her hair and makeup was done. So I guess what Monte always says is right. “Their first pick is always THE pick.” And that was definitely the case for Sara as she pulled on her dress and Abigail Volkmann her photographer and Ivan, her videographer entered the room to capture the magic of the day!

We loved glamming up Sara and her bridesmaids for this special day and wish them all the happiness that the world has to offer!
