Spring Flings: Makeup Looks To Die For!

March 30, 2015

We love these delicate, soft makeup looks that are perfect for Spring time! Here are our inspirations and some tips on how to recreate them yourself!

Rock a rose lip and bright eyes! Find a soft coral or rose shade of lipstick and use your finger to apply for a more sheer, natural look. Conceal under your eyes as normal but apply a highlighter or champagne shadow in the inner corner, bringing it down underneath a little. Line your waterline with a skin-toned or white liner to make eyes bigger and whiter. Apply a quick swipe of mascara to top and bottom lashes!

A light pink flush! This look is SUPER easy and SUPER cute! Find a warm but light pink blush and apply to the apples of your cheeks sweeping upward on your cheekbones.Take a gentle shimmery eyeshadow and apply to the high points of your face. Finish off with a light, plum shade on your lips!

A brown smoky eyes with neutral, peach lips! This look is still natural but a little more glam and edgy! Taking two to three varying shade of brown/taupe eyeshadow, create a soft smoky eye. Focus the darker shade on the outer corners, getting lighter towards the center. BLEND BLEND BLENDDDD! Under your eye, mix the shadows together and gently sweep below lashes. Taking a dark brown or black eyeliner, line your top and bottom waterlines. You can also tightline, which is when you line the section right below your upper lashes. It can tickle and you have to make sure to use waterproof eyeliner! Finish the look off with a dark black, lengthening mascara and a peachy nude lipstick!

A bold, matte lip and neutral eye! Again, super easy but so chic! The focus of the look is the lip, so begin by lining your lips and filling in with the same liner. Find a color that’s similar to the lipstick you’ll be applying on top. Take a coral, rose, or mauve lipstick and apply. Use concealer on a flat brush to touch up around the edges to create a perfect look. If your lipstick isn’t already matte, take a tissue and apply gently over lips and apply a translucent powder over the napkin. For the eyes, use a light brown shadow to line and top it off with mascara!
